Announcing ClinPGx

We are excited to announce the official launch of the ClinPGx website!

ClinPGx brings together trusted pharmacogenomics tools and resources, presented in an easy-to-navigate format. If you're familiar with PharmGKB, you'll find improved organization of the same reliable information, and some extra features. A short video is available to help you quickly find PharmGKB-equivalent content on the new homepage.

What’s new:

Key changes:

  • Clinical annotations, which summarize the associations between genetic variation and drug response annotated from peer-reviewed literature, are now called summary annotations.
  • The DDRx tool has been renamed PharmDOG. It now includes CYP2D6 phenoconversion, user-provided gene phenotypes, QR codes for sharing results, and the ability to choose and prioritize guidance sources.

You can learn more about ClinPGx’s mission, content, team and history on the site.

Starting July 30, 2025, all links to PharmGKB will automatically redirect to their corresponding ClinPGx pages, and DDRx will redirect to PharmDOG. Links should not break but if you find issues, please email us.

We welcome your comments and questions at feedback@clinpgx.org.
